General questions
Go to the Dashboard or Sessions page. The Join Session button becomes available 10 minutes before your lesson starts.
Open Sessions, select the lesson, and choose Cancel from the available actions. Lessons can only be canceled more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time. For cancellations within 12 hours, please contact Support and provide a reason. Parents can rebook for the tutor’s next available time. Please note that lessons cannot be booked within 10 minutes of the start time.
Refresh the page first. If the issue continues, sign out and back in, then try the action again. If issue keeps persisting please contact support (support@clearisy.com)
We use AWS, Stripe, Jitsi as a Service (8x8 Jaas), Google Cloud Speech-to-Text API, and Google Analytics.
For parents
Reports are prepared after eligible completed lessons. Parents can review progress, strengths, and recommended next steps from Progress Reports.
Lesson charges are based on the booked duration, plus applicable taxes. Your default payment method saved with Stripe is charged for lessons and recurring membership billing according to the terms shown at checkout.
You can update the card used for memberships and lessons payments from Billing tab.
Enter a referral code during billing setup. After the person who referred you completes their first purchased lesson, you and the person who referred you each receive one free subscription month. Each person can earn up to 3 free months.
For tutors
Tutor payouts are managed from Earnings & Payouts, where you can also see whether your payout account requires additional setup. Lesson earnings become eligible for transfer to your Stripe account after a minimum 7-day hold, provided there are no disputes or other holds. Eligible funds are transferred every Friday. Stripe then pays out those funds to your bank account according to your configured payout schedule.
Use the session details to confirm the student, subject, scheduled time, and any available actions before the lesson begins.
